Refund & Return Policy

Food Safety

Since our products are edible and perishable, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product missing from the order
  • Package received in unusable condition


Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product


Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Slight variations in handmade products
  • Taste preferences


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Bank processing times may vary.

Replacement

Where applicable, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
